BirdStock 2024
The BirdStock Co-Chairs & the Bird Rock Community Council are thrilled to announce the 3rd Annual BirdStock Music Festival, a community event held along La Jolla Blvd on October 19th, 2024! As in previous years, BirdStock will feature live entertainment (including a Kids-Only stage!), refreshments from local restaurants, family friendly activities, special offers from local shops, and an artisan market. This year, we are planning to CLOSE THE BOULEVARD to make it a bigger, better, and safer experience for all!
Event proceeds will support Bird Rock Elementary, as well as future BirdStock festivals. The BirdStock Co-chair Team will plan and facilitate all event coordination. However, we need your sponsorship support to make it happen!
Sponsorship Options include:
Presenting Peregrine Sponsor - $5,000+
Event headliner on ALL advertising and promotions (eg. “Your Business Name Here” Presents BIRDSTOCK 2024); access to sponsor perks from local businesses. This is a new option for 2024 and a great way to celebrate your business with Bird Rock’s premier event!
Pelican Circle - $1,000+
Includes business logo or donor name on all marketing materials, including banners at Center Stage and along La Jolla Blvd, specialized social media posts, recognition by the MC during the event, and designation on festival map (if applicable).
Cormorant - $500-$999
Includes business or donor name on most marketing materials (website, flyers, e-blasts) and designation on festival map (if applicable).
Seagull - $250-$499
Includes business or donor name on web marketing and designation on festival map (if applicable).
Hummingbird - $200
Designation on our Local Merchant BirdStock Passport, which will feature a description/advertisement of your business & promotion of day-of, in-store incentives (raffle, entertainment, free classes, sidewalk sales, etc)
For businesses along the festival footprint - suggested 10-20% day-of sales giveback. These funds will directly support next years’ BirdStock festival. We encourage use of your indoor/sidewalk space to celebrate your services and offer incentives to increase attendee engagement & increase sales/awareness of your business/services.

Artisan Vendors - $100
Food/Beverage Vendors - $80 or 10% give back of day’s sales
Set-up must comply with City of San Diego food & beverage guidelines for special events
Non-profit organizations - fees waived
All vendors will be included on designation map; vendors must provide own table set-up; streets will be closed and vendor booths will be placed on the streets
